RayScan Nano is a powerful tool for full three-dimensional structural and chemical analysis at the highest spatial resolution.
The system contains an X-ray tube that produces focal spots of the highest brilliance and unsurpassed quality (ø <150 nm). A high-precision manipulation system and a photon-counting, energy-sensitive flat-panel detector allow a spatial sampling of 60 nm to 10 microns.
RayScan Nano is ideal for the development, analysis and characterization of new materials with nanometer structure sizes such as integrated circuits, electronic assemblies, chips or biological samples.
The system is also suitable for classical metallurgical investigations and the optimization of manufacturing processes and delivers significantly better results than previously available CT systems.
