Subject Capture: 200-degree face capture (ear-to-ear)

Compatible with CT and CBCT: 3dMD images register 1:1 to address CBCT surface artifacts caused by patient movement during the duration of the scan; allow compensation for soft tissue compression from CBCT stabilization aids (i.e. chin cup); eliminate the effect of soft tissue draping from supine devices; and supplement any missing anatomical data (i.e. nose).

Custom Models And Implants

The process to create a custom implant begins with CT and MRI scans. These Systems produce “image slices”, which they need to be converted into a 3 D model and then output as a STL file. In the case of a damaged skull, STL skull data can be covert to virtual clay.

DMP Dental 100 system enables you to use Direct Metal Printing (DMP) to produce high-quality, metal dental prostheses. Dental laboratories can now eliminate various steps and substantially reduce unit cost per crown or partial, while maintaining or increasing quality. With its 3.94 x 3.94 x 3.15 in (100 x 100 x 80 mm) build platform, certified medical grade Ni-free CoCr materials for dental use, manual loading of materials and an optional external recycling station, the DMP Dental 100 is a perfect starting point for dental laboratories.

ProX DMP 200 Dental

The ProX® DMP 200 Dental system uses Direct Metal Printing (DMP) to produce high quality, metal dental prostheses at high speed. Dental Laboratories can now eliminate various steps and substantially reduce unit cost per partial, while maintaining or increasing quality. With its 140 x 140 x 125 mm (5.51 x 5.51 x 4.92 in) build platform, certified Ni-free CoCr materials for dental use, manual material loading and the ProX DMP 200 Dental system is a perfect starting point for dental laboratories.

Surface finish quality of up to 5 Ra μm (200 Ra micro inches) less post-processing is required and sharpest corner radiuses are achieved. Due to the proprietary powder deposition system, the ProX DMP 200 builds down to 20° angles without supports.

The typical accuracy is +/- 50 μm (+/- 0.002 inches), allowing a perfect fit for every patient. Repeatability from part to part is approximately 20 μm (0.0008 inches).
